At Crown Tiles giving back to society is something we feel strongly about. Getting involved in whatever small way we can, to make a difference. With a large selection of products covering both wall & floor tiles as well as tiling tools and accessories. Our products can be of help in many different projects within the wider community.
DIY SOS
Nick Knowles, his team of building experts from DIY SOS and hundreds of volunteers came together in Blackburn this September. They have been busy helping transform the old St Silas Church Hall into an accommodation block. This will be used for Blackburn based charity Nightsafe. Nightsafe has been supported by Children in Need funding for the past six years. Allowing them to help many young people within that time.
After an intense two weeks of renovations the finished project has been revealed. The building will be in use for Nightsafe from October 1st where there are young people ready and waiting to receive their help.
Projects such as this would not be possible without companies from a varitety of different backgrounds donating time, services and products.
The programme will air in November as part of the BBCs Children in Need specials. Crown Tiles are humbled to get to be a small part of such a fantastic project. Its amazing what can be achieved when people come together donating what they can.
