The DCM-PRO Mat will be covered with self-levelling compound, allowing it to heat and protect any floor covering material that is certified for use with underfloor heating. This includes tiles, engineered wood, vinyl and carpet. With the DCM-Pro mat from Warmup, you can install a whole underfloor heating system in a short space of time, saving you time and hassle.
For use in combination with DCM-Pro cable, the mats are 5.5mm thick, with pressure-sensitive adhesive which securely bind them to the floor, keeping them flat for fast and secure installation. Suitable for the following floor types: ceramic, stone, slab, screed, concrete, timber suspended and batten. This innovative system helps protect your floor finish from cracks which may occur due to differences in internal and external temperature. BEAB Approved and CE marked, this product comes with a full lifetime warranty from Warmup. A

Next Day Delivery
- This is a next day service between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm on the day selected.
- The order needs to be placed before 12pm for next day, otherwise it will be delivered the next following next day.

- All pallet deliveries are kerbside and will need to be signed for.
Economy Delivery
- This is a standard delivery service which is usually delivered between 2-3 working days from the place of order.
- You can use the Calender at the checkout to select which day is convenient for yourself.

- Free Delivery over £350 anything under deliver will be £34.99.
Weekend Delivery
- Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday.
- £65.00 on orders over £350 and below.
- At the moment we do not offer Sunday Deliveries.
Sample Service
- Generally all sample tiles ordered online are sent out on a next day delivery if ordered before 12pm.
- Always allow up to 2 working days if ordered after 12pm.
- We offer free delivery on all sample orders.
- Paid Sample maybe delivered via a courier and need a signature.
Special Order items
- Special order items are subject to a 3-4 week lead time. we will contact you to arrange delivery once they become available.
Collections
- We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery.
- However, any returns would have to be arranged by yourselves. Unfortunatly we do not have the means to arrange collections.
- Once we receive any full boxes back to Crown Tiles, in a resaleable condition we can refund within 7 working days of Crown Tiles receiving your goods.
