With some tiles, such as some polished porcelains, and most of the natural stones, Sealants are required to ensure they do not get stained by dirt, spillages, or even the grout. These kinds of sealants include the likes of W68, MP90, Stoneplus, and many others. These tile maintenance products are also needed to ensure a long life, for natural stone floors and walls; as the natural stone is porous, and without sealants they would soak in any stains or dirt marks, affecting the tiles appearance.
