WHAT IT’S FOR:
• Diluted: cleans and removes grease from dirty porcelain stoneware, ceramic, natural stone, terracotta and concrete floors.
• Undiluted: removes stubborn stains from porcelain stoneware.
• It is excellent for basic cleaning of acid-sensitive stone.
• Ideal for basic cleaning of concrete.
• Wax remover for water based, metal or polishing wax.

APPLICATION HINTS:
FILA PS87 can be used on a polished surface diluted no stronger than 1:10 as a periodic deep cleaner. It can also be used as a deep cleaner on a polished surface when the surface is already damaged, for example when the floor has been laid for a long time and/or has not been looked after properly and we would recommend it to be diluted 1:5 for this purpose. In all instances the solution should be rinsed well with clean water.

Next Day Delivery
- This is a next day service between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm on the day selected.
- The order needs to be placed before 12pm for next day, otherwise it will be delivered the next following next day.

- All pallet deliveries are kerbside and will need to be signed for.
Economy Delivery
- This is a standard delivery service which is usually delivered between 2-3 working days from the place of order.
- You can use the Calender at the checkout to select which day is convenient for yourself.

- Free Delivery over £350 anything under deliver will be £34.99.
Weekend Delivery
- Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday.
- £65.00 on orders over £350 and below.
- At the moment we do not offer Sunday Deliveries.
Sample Service
- Generally all sample tiles ordered online are sent out on a next day delivery if ordered before 12pm.
- Always allow up to 2 working days if ordered after 12pm.
- We offer free delivery on all sample orders.
- Paid Sample maybe delivered via a courier and need a signature.
Special Order items
- Special order items are subject to a 3-4 week lead time. we will contact you to arrange delivery once they become available.
Collections
- We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery.
- However, any returns would have to be arranged by yourselves. Unfortunatly we do not have the means to arrange collections.
- Once we receive any full boxes back to Crown Tiles, in a resaleable condition we can refund within 7 working days of Crown Tiles receiving your goods.
