For all the avid lovers of everything monochrome out there, black and white is a classic colour combination but not one which is usually associated with Christmas. The long standing classic colour scheme which you can never go wrong with even when there is no snow on the ground you can create a magical feeling with this colour scheme.

Instead of a natural green tree why not get an artificial white tree, the tree itself will create a focal point and need minimal decoration. Some minimal lights and delicate ornaments will be all which is needed to make a stunning tree.

Throughout the home use white candles, and keep smaller decorations in white also but remember to add a accent colour to bring the focus onto the white.

Think mountain chalets and country houses this theme has a natural, raw feel to it and creates a real rustic ambience. No matter where you are spending the holidays this theme is a perfect choice.
